SILC's dedicated network of qualified professionals provide temporary, locum and maternity cover services for town & parish councils who require a CilCA qualified officer.

For placements as short as one week to fixed terms of up to twelve months your SILC locum will provide quality leadership, team motivation and high level management of local and community affairs.
